Street pizza
Pizzeria Di Matteo
The fried-pizza window on Tribunali — Neapolitan street food without dropping a level.
There is a dining room upstairs, but the real transaction happens at the window onto Via dei Tribunali: pizza fritta stuffed with ricotta and provola, or a paper cone of fried odds and ends eaten walking.
It is the hand-held lunch of the four-hour circuit — fast, cheap, and directly on the route between the sights rather than a detour from them.
